Mentoring
Our Strategic Focus
The 2nd Century Invictus Fund is grounded in a mission of Empowerment and Education, and our initiatives are guided by three core strategic pillars: Education, Community Uplift, and Social Action. Together, these focus areas define our path forward and shape the programs we invest in.
📘 Education
We are committed to nurturing academic excellence and lifelong learning from elementary through college. Our education-focused programs include:
College Scholarships to support higher education access
The 1911 League for elementary students, laying early foundations
Mentorship Programs that offer guidance and encouragement
STEM Initiatives to foster innovation and interest in science and tech
Book Stipends to ease the financial burden of educational materials
Essay Contests that recognize student creativity and achievement
🤝 Community Uplift
We celebrate and uplift the talents within our communities through:
Talent Hunt programs showcasing youth creativity
Scholarship Reception events that honor academic achievement
Marietta PAL Mentoring, building strong community relationships
✊🏾 Social Action
We are actively working to develop a robust and impactful social action platform. While this area is still growing, it represents our future commitment to advocacy, civic engagement, and addressing systemic challenges in our communities.
